1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DetailDeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DetailDeck is a Field Service Management Software provided specifically for auto detailers. It provides tools for booking management, quoting, invoicing, deposit collection, and CRM. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellation

We offer the Service via a subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Account Deactivation: If you choose to deactivate your account via the Settings panel, your data will enter a 30-day grace period. You may reactivate during this time. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
• Refunds: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts or damages the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality of the services you offer to your clients and the fulfillment of those services.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the client data and information you input into DetailDeck. We do not sell your client data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DetailDeck, its founders, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
